This software represents the only known custom built database management system for dog training schools to manage customers, contacts with them, dog records, vet forms, class schedules, rosters, calculating drop/retention rates, and many other functions. Training school manager Kim Crenshaw started building this program in 1992 and has refined it until it practically runs itself. Our staff uses it every day to manage 200 current students and contacts with the 10,000 prospective and former customers in the database. Save time, keep better records, and print professional computer generated rosters with your logo with just a click. This program should become a *must* for any dog club or any dog training facility!

Also in development:

Event Management System:

Will stand alone or tie in to the Training School Professional database, as you prefer. We've used this for years to manage our annual DogFest obedience/conformation event and it's a great program. Takes only a moment to print class rosters; easy to make changes for exhibitors having multiple dogs. Prints list of high scoring dogs in each class, breed or other categories with just a click. A must for clubs hosting their own obedience trials or holding large fun matches.

Performance Management System:

I'd come home with a stack of ribbons after a large combined obedience/agility trial with multiple dogs and forget which dog earned what. Was that his 2nd leg or his 3rd? Was that Flash's ribbon or Willow's? So I built this database software to keep track of all of our performance results with the various dogs in the various sports. It currently does AKC obedience and agility and even calculates your First and Foremost Points, Delaney points and OTCH and MACH points. It recently allowed me to catch an omission from one of my dog's rankings in time to have it corrected before the rankings were published! A must-have for goal oriented competitors or schools who keep track of their students' successes. I usually take it with me on the laptop so I can log scores at the end of each day. A version is also being developed that will enable breed clubs to track scores and rank dogs.
